The Whole-House Building System provides the Home Builder, Community Developer and Consumers with many
benefits, including:
- Lower Costs
- Reduced hard and soft costs through reduced cycle times and other production and supply chain efficiencies
- Ability to collapse the supply chain, bulk material purchasing and handling, streamlining of operations and with all community production operations in a single location, we are a lower cost to serve customer for our suppliers hence we can achieve better pricing
- Faster Cycle Times
- Can start and complete a house in 45 days (including 20 days or less in the production facility) versus the industry average of 120 to 180 days
- Consistent ability to build in all seasons and in all weather conditions with minimal adverse affects to the work force, materials, suppliers and home production rate
- Higher Quality
- Home quality is significantly higher and more consistent than typical stick-built homes, consequently liability-related exposures (e.g., mold, soil-related failures, structural defects, etc.) are reduced
- Similar to the auto industry, homes produced in a WHBS controlled production environment that we engineer for higher structural integrity and higher fit & finish levels, will drive consistent high quality results with substantially reduced defect levels
- Our goal is to provide unprecedented quality levels for large master planned communities while concurrently providing zero punch list homes for all homebuyers
- Reduced defect levels will concurrently reduce warranty work which in turn will result in more satisfied homeowners
- Bad Weather, No Problem
- A controlled production environment also means isolation from bad weather outside, while providing a consistent temperature and optimal working conditions inside
- Therefore, inclement weather including rain, snow or freezing temperatures will have minimal impact on schedule, quality, or work flow of home construction
- Safer and Cleaner Community
- Far less overall disruption, construction traffic, noise and trash surrounding an ever-growing population of homebuyers in each community
